Recently I found myself talking out loud to myself and cheering up, the same way I would for a dear friend. Don't know where it came from, but I found that to be so effective and helpful. It helps both for motivation or as a pick me up when feeling down. And the fact of doing it out loud somehow makes it more real than keeping it inside my head. Thanks for this article, very insightful
